No quibble returns policy within 14 days so long as goods are returned in original condition.
HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT(S)?
You can return your online order free of charge within 21 days of receiving your order.
1. Fill out the return form with your return reason(s) and insert into your parcel then seal the box. A return form and return label should have been sent with your original order.
2. Attach the return label to the parcel over the original label.
3. Return the package to the returns address supplied.
YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase at the Online Shop within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
HOW WILL I GET MY REFUND?
We will reimburse you within 14 calendar days from the day we receive your online order back at our warehouse.
We will notify you via email once we receive your returned item(s). Our quality assurance team will then check if your item(s) meet our return conditions and if so, we will authorise the refund within 1 - 2 days.
From the moment we authorise the refund, your bank still needs to process it. The amount of time this takes to process the refund differs between banks.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in the UK.

What happens if my order doesn't make through customs? (For orders outside of the UK).
If the unfortunate event occurs when your package doesn't make it through customs due to its content, we can either try to send out the package again or you can opt for a refund. If you opt for a refund you will get refunded fully for the items ordered (so long as the items are returned to us) but the cost of postage and insurance is non-refundable.
