Returns & Refunds
If your items arrived damaged please let us know as soon as possible so that we can arrange new items to be sent (free of charge).
If you change your mind about using the products you order before opening the bottles or breaking any seal, you may request a refund. You must make the request on the day your order is delivered or before. We will not accept returns for any other reason.
HOW WILL I GET MY REFUND?
We will notify you via email once we receive your returned item(s). Our quality assurance team will then thoroughly check if your item(s) meet our return conditions and if so, we will authorise the refund within 1 - 2 days.
From the moment we authorise the refund, your bank still needs to process it. The amount of time this takes to process the refund differs between banks.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in the UK.
